Battlefield 4 is the next literation of the Battlefield series and the sequel to Battlefield 3. It was first announced by Frank Gibeau, The president of Electronic Arts. Battlefield 4 was revealed by a pre-order listing found on the Origin Client. EA later confirmed this and the Beta for Battlefield 4 will take place in 2013.
Battlefield 4 is slightly optimized for AMD hardware, since the game also runs on next gen consoles, which are powered by AMD CPUs and GPUs.
